This is a brunch spot you must go to when visiting Denver! The menu is diverse and has practically anything you'd be craving for a solid brunch. Food portions are quite large. I'd suggest the pancake flights and the bennies which you can mix and match. I love that you can substitute tofu scramble for egg which makes the breakfast burritos even more delicious!

The only down side used to be the wait but it looks like there's an app where you can put your name down for the waitlist now.

I've been to Snooze before at different locations but this was my first time in the DTC location. First off, the wait wasn't terrible. We waited maybe 25 minutes on a Sunday around 11 a.m. They have free coffee and some outdoor games to keep you occupied.

The ambiance of the restaurant is great. Open and bright, with lots of comfortable seating and large booths.

Their drinks are always on point; I got the dirty drunken chai which was delicious and the perfect amount of booze for a morning drink. Their cappuccinos and other barista drinks are great, too.

I generally order pancakes because they are fabulous (the blueberry danish or cinnamon roll to be exact). I tried the Benny duo this time and was not as impressed. The eggs were perfectly poached, but the flavors were off for me. The avocado benny had too much tomato, avocado that tasted a bit old, and the entire thing needed some salt. The bella had a lot of balsamic drizzle so it tasted overpowering. Next time I'll stick with pancakes.

Overall I'd go again, but not my favorite brunch spot. Definitely worth trying.

    Such a tasty breakfast treat!

As soon as I walked in, I knew I'd enjoy my experience at Snooze. The retro vibes gave me an at-home, cozy feeling. I slipped into a comfy booth, took a glance at the menu and was instantly perplexed. "How was I to select one menu item?!"

Luckily, I was dining with some colleagues that are open to sharing. We selected the avocado toast and the pancake flight. Neither of which was disappointing. I also ordered a special drink concoction, while I can't recall the name of it, I do remember that I enjoyed it!

Have a fun time at Snooze!

I didn't like the frittata at this location, it was softer than an omelette and oily.
Also pancakes portion was smaller than other locations. Not impressed this time.

It's Wednesday 11am and the restaurant is not busy.  We were sat right away and was greeted and asked the server between two different dishes which would she recommend. She literally tells us they're both good. Well that's not what we asked we were already stuck between the two and then when we asked which was more popular she tells us I'm not a good person to ask because I'm really hungry. That was strike 1. Their staff has zero sense of urgency. We're half way done with our food with empty beverage glasses we were looking around and it's as if it's social hour every single server was standing around chit chatting with another server. It was mind blowing to see this. We finished our food and stacked the plates nicely and waited for anyone to look our way with still empty glasses. At this point we went from patient to annoyed. The server finally came by after a good 15 minutes of sitting there with empty plates and glasses. She then asks if we would like more water or anything we both say yes and our check she returned with an electronic check out tablet and the pitcher of water. Needless to say this was god awful. I will not be returning to this location.
